The Leadership Team of Highland consists of Pastors, Ministry Staff, Elders and Ministry Team Leaders.

The Elders supervise the spiritual welfare of the church.
Ministry Team Leaders (MTL’s) provide leadership for specific groupings of ministries within the church.
In ministries that have pastoral or ministry staff members, the staff member serves as the Ministry Team Leader.
