All single adults are invited to attend one of the studies or other events that meets at Highland. Topics and events vary in content and length but please feel free to join any group at anytime. There are great opportunities for singles of any age to get together.

Are you UNDER 30 years old? If so, we have a Young Adults Group just for you! Young Adults Ministry meets Sunday nights at 6:00 p.m. for a time of encouragement, prayer, and Bible study in the Youth Room of the Wausau Campus.  We have study time both as a large group and in small groups.   Every third Sunday of the month is a game night hosted by someone from the group.

Colossians 1:9-14 gives direction as to what our goal as a ministry is.  It is summed up this way:
• that we might know God more and what His Word says
• that we might live lives worthy of God and please Him more
• that we may be strengthened in endurance and patience in our faith
• that we continue to take the next steps in our relationship with God

Journey's Ministry: Are you single (or single again) and 30 years old or older? Join us for Journey's Friday Night Fellowship from 7:00-8:30 pm in Room 23 (subject to change)at the Wausau Campus for a time of fellowship and topical studies. It is not necessary for you to attend all classes.The studies we choose will allow you to learn something even if you haven't attended the previous classes. Journey's also holds 2-3 Bible studies a year. Singles 20+ are welcome to join these studies.

In addition to Bible studies, Journey's holds a variety of social activities throughout the year. Join us for game nights, trips to museums, baseball games, movie nights, our annual bike ride, etc. Check the printable files/download page of this website for the latest issue of Highland Happenings which includes the most current listing of events. Not all events listed are Highland sponsored events but rather provide a fellowship opportunity for Christian singles.
